- Next, the entire baking powder is added. The contents of the bowl are thoroughly mixed again. The result should be a liquidish dough. Next, the baking dish must be greased with butter on the entire inner surface. Now about half or a little more of the total amount of dough is poured into the mold. The second part will contain cocoa. Therefore, how much to pour the dough at once and how much to leave on the chocolate part is a matter of personal preference.
- About a tablespoon of cocoa is poured into the dough left in the bowl. Again, the amount of cocoa added, which determines the saturation of taste, remains at the personal discretion.
- Then the mixture is mixed until completely homogeneous. Now the chocolate dough is gently poured into the mold on top of the already dough. Here you need a spatula to collect all the rest of the mass from the walls of the bowl and also send them into shape.
- If desired, you can mix two types of dough with a toothpick or other stick, thereby creating an interesting pattern and mixing their tastes. At this point, the mold moves into the preheated oven. The cake will be baked at 180 ° C for approximately 40 minutes. If at this temperature the mass begins to rise too quickly, you need to reduce the power so that the temperature drops to 160-170 ° C. You can check the readiness of the cake by piercing it with a stick. If it remains dry and clean, then the dough is baked.
- When the baking process is completed, the mold must be removed from the oven. It is worth removing the cupcake from the mold after it cools down.
