Step cooking
- Dissolve the yeast. To do this, add yeast to the container, add one tablespoon of sugar and one tablespoon of flour there.
- Pour the yeast with half of all the milk. Milk should be warm.
- Mix well and leave aside. If there are lumps, it is not necessary to stir them thoroughly - soon they will dissolve themselves.
- Pour the remaining milk into another bowl, add one egg and 30 grams of butter there. Stir well until smooth.
- Add sugar there (2 tablespoons).
- When the yeast comes up, they take a tight hat. This mass must be added to the mixture with milk, sugar, egg and butter.
- Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
- Sift the flour through a sieve, add a spoonful of salt there. Mix well.
- Add the flour in parts to the previously prepared mixture, do not forget to stir until completely dissolved.
- First, the dough is kneaded with a spoon or whisk. When it becomes difficult to knead, the dough will need to be kneaded by hand. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. This can be done both by hand and in a dough mixer.
- We put the yeast dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- When the dough fits in twice, put it on the work surface, sprinkle it with flour and roll out the dough. Using a rolling pin, we roll the dough into a formation into a rectangle of about 20 by 40 centimeters.
- Melt the butter (another 30 grams) and grease the dough with butter.
- Cut the dough in half. Then cut each part into strips 5-6 centimeters wide. Get about 12-16 strips.
- From each strip we form a bun. To do this, roll the strip into a roll, but do it without tightly pressing it.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. We lay out future buns on it, leaving between each bun a distance of about 3-5 centimeters.
- Take the butter and grease the buns on top.
- We leave the buns for half an hour so that they slightly increase in size.
- We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. At the same temperature, bake rolls for about 25-30 minutes. Buns are ready! Leave them on for 20 minutes to cool, and now they can be eaten and served. Enjoy your meal!
