- Pour 300 ml of kefir into a deep bowl. It is recommended that the fermented milk product be at room temperature. Add 1 chicken egg, 1.5 tsp to kefir. sugar and 1 tsp. salt. To the remaining ingredients, put 1 tsp. soda without top and mix thoroughly with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency.
- Pour 30 ml of vegetable oil into the resulting mixture. It’s worth taking odorless butter, because the finished pizza can be with an unpleasant aftertaste. After adding vegetable oil, re-mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Put about 300 g of wheat flour in a separate bowl and add a piece of butter weighing 25 g to it. The butter should be warm and slightly soft. Grind the butter and flour with your hands until you get butter and flour crumbs. If you take butter only from the refrigerator, it will be difficult to work with it and hard to knead until crumbs are formed.
- Pour the kefir mixture into a bowl with flour. Mix well with a tablespoon.
- Add the remaining 100-200 g of flour to the dough and knead it with your hands. Kneading the dough will take about 7-10 minutes. It is more convenient to knead it in a bowl, but if it is not convenient for you, then shift it to the table. Ready dough should be soft, lively and not clogged with flour.
- Put the pizza dough mixed in the bowl and cover with cling film. If it was not at hand, then use a regular plastic bag. Leave the dough to stand at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, the pizza dough is ready. You can knead it a little more and roll it out with a rolling pin, giving it a round or rectangular shape. The dough is versatile and cooks fast.
