Step cooking
- Sift flour (400 grams) into a deep bowl. Add salt (1 teaspoon), sugar (1 teaspoon) and baking powder (1 teaspoon) to flour. Mix all dry ingredients well. Make a groove in the center of the flour and beat in it a chicken egg (1 piece).
- Also pour water (200 ml) at room temperature into the recess and start kneading the dough with a spoon. As soon as the flour absorbs all the water and the dough becomes difficult to stir with a spoon, pour olive oil (2 tablespoons) into the dough and knead the dough by hand for about 30 seconds.
- The dough will turn out to be quite sticky, but do not add flour anymore, pour another 1 tablespoon of olive oil and slightly knead the dough, helping the butter evenly spread over the dough. Put the finished dough in a clean bowl, oiled, and you can turn on the oven to start baking pizza.
- A quick pizza dough without yeast does not even need to be rolled out: just take part of the dough and hand distribute it in shape, because the dough is very soft and supple. You can use any ingredients as a filling: salami, sausages, cooked sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes, boiled beef or chicken, as well as the main ingredients of pizza: tomato sauce and cheese.
