Step cooking

- Mix the prepared mixture until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Pour about 200 g of sifted flour there and start kneading the dough with a wooden spatula or whisk.
- Add another 100 g of flour and continue kneading manually. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands, and acquires an elastic soft texture.
- Put the resulting dough into a clean bowl, the walls of which are previously lightly greased with vegetable oil. We cover the container with cling film and place it in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
- We approach the dough slightly with hands, and then roll it into a thin round or rectangular layer.
