- 250 ml measuring cup;
- kitchen scales;
- glass;

- wet towel;
- knife;
- rolling pin;
- brush for greasing the dough;
- baking paper;
- a baking sheet.
Ingredients
Flour (premium) | 3 measuring cups with a volume of 250 ml |
Very warm water | 250 ml |
Dry active yeast | 7 g |
Honey | 5-6 g |
Salt | 3-4 g |
Olive oil (extra virgin) | 20 ml + for greasing bowls and pizza |
Step cooking
- Take a glass of warm water, pour the fourth part into a glass and dissolve 5-6 g of honey in it. Add 7 g of dry active yeast, stir and leave for 5-10 minutes. Yeast will begin to work, a froth will appear. This will mean that the dough is ready. Pour 3-4 g of salt into the remaining warm water, mix.
- Sift 3 measuring cups of flour into a deep bowl (250 ml cups, strictly without a slide, which should be removed with a knife). Add salt and water, flour and 20 ml of olive oil to the flour.
- Knead the dough. If it does not collect and seems a little dry, you can add a little more water. But in the end, a fairly dense lump should come out, which will not stick to your hands.
- As soon as the dough stops sticking, lay it on the table and knead for about 5 minutes until the lump becomes smooth and uniform. Then round it, put in a bowl greased with olive oil.
- Cover the dough with a damp towel and leave it warm for half an hour to make it fit. Then knead it again, return to the bowl, cover with a towel again and leave for 10 minutes - it should rest.
- Divide the lump of dough into 4 equal parts, round each one and leave it under the towel for another 15 minutes. Then, in turn, roll 4 cakes with a diameter of about 22-24 cm.
- Cover the rolled dough with a damp towel and let stand for about 5 minutes. Then transfer each cake to the baking paper and brush with olive oil.
- Put any pizza toppings, transfer together with paper on a baking sheet and place in the oven preheated to 180ºC for 5-8 minutes. During this time, the dough is baked, any filling will reach the desired condition. And the pizza will be completely ready.
Enjoy your meal!

The recipe for pizza yeast according to this recipe is dense enough to allow you to eat pizza with your hands, but it is incredibly tasty and delicate, airy and soft. This is a fairly quick way to cook, you do not need to wait a few hours until the dough is well suited and fully ripe to create a finished dish. And such cakes are baked very quickly. In addition, the recipe is universal - lubricating the cake with olive oil before putting the filling, you create a kind of barrier, so the dough will remain light and fluffy, even if the filling is too juicy.
