Step cooking
Prepare the filling
- Raw smoked sausage in an amount of 100-120 g is cut into small sticks or thin straws. Grind any two kinds of cheese on a coarse grater. We will need approximately 150 g.
- Two tomatoes and one bell pepper are thoroughly washed, then we cut out the core and remove the seeds. We cut both ingredients into thin half rings or circles, depending on the size of the products. I wash one bunch of greenery, then dry and chop finely with a knife.
- Three cloves of garlic are peeled and then passed through a garlic squeezer or finely chopped with a knife.
- The crushed dill and garlic are mixed in one container, after which we add 100-150 g of tomato ketchup there and mix well.
Make dough
- Pour 300 ml of kefir into a deep bowl. There we break one chicken egg and add 2 pinches of salt.
- Beat the ingredients with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. In the resulting liquid mixture, add 11 g of baking powder and gradually pour 60-100 g of wheat flour. Knead a homogeneous dough. It should in its consistency resemble thick sour cream.
- Lubricate the surface of the pan with 20 ml of olive oil. Pour the cooked dough onto a baking sheet, and then gently spread it over the entire surface.
- We send the dough into an oven heated to 200 ° C and bake it for 5-7 minutes. Check the dough for readiness with a toothpick. If it is already ready, let it cool down for about 3-5 minutes.
Collect pizza
- The surface of the cooled cake is lubricated with a mixture of ketchup, dill and garlic, evenly distributing it over the entire surface.
- On top of the ketchup we distribute the sliced sausage.
- On top of the sausage layer, draw a mesh of mayonnaise.
- Next, lay out the tomato circles and slices of bell pepper. Last form a layer of grated cheese of two varieties.
The final stage
- We send pizza to the oven preheated to 200 ° С.
- Since the cake is ready, we bake the product until the cheese layer melts. This will take about 5-10 minutes, depending on the heat of your stove.
- We take out the prepared pizza and give it the opportunity to cool to a warm state.
- We cut the product into portioned pieces and serve the treat to the table.
