Ingredients
- Bull eggs - 2 pcs.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves

Step cooking
- First you need to remove the skin from the eggs. To do this, cut the eggs in half, not cutting to the end.
- Then carefully remove the skin. To make this easier, you can first place the eggs for half a minute in boiling water, then lower them for a minute in cold.
- Rinse eggs again, dry with paper towels.
- We cut each half of the egg in half lengthwise.
- Onion cut into half rings. We spread the onions in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
- Finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic and add to the onion, after half a minute we remove the frying from the pan and spread in a bowl.
- In the remaining oil over high heat, fry the egg slices for several minutes on each side.
- Then add onion and garlic to the pan, salt and pepper to taste, fry for a minute.
Useful Tips
- When cooking bovine eggs, it should be borne in mind that during heat treatment they are greatly reduced in size, take 2 pieces for the average portion.
- When buying eggs, pay attention: they should be pinkish in color with bluish streaks. Do not take gray, greenish, inelastic specimens.
