Step cooking
- First, thoroughly rinse 1.8 kg of beef pulp under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. If necessary, remove the films and veins with a knife. Prepared meat must be marinated.
- Peel 3-4 cloves of garlic and cut them into small pieces. In meat, make deep cuts over the entire surface with a knife and place chopped garlic in them.
- Combine the spices in a separate bowl. Sprinkle approximately 2.5 tsp. salt and add to it about a teaspoon of spicy spices. To do this, you can use a mixture of peppers, dried oregano, paprika, zira, coriander, dried or fresh rosemary. If desired, you can take any other spices or ready-made seasoning for the marinade. Pour about 2 tbsp into the bowl. l olive or vegetable oil and mix well with a spoon.
- Lubricate the meat on all sides with the prepared mixture of spices, carefully rubbing the marinade with your hands. Then, also generously grease the meat for about 1-2 tbsp. l mustard cereal on all sides.
- Cut a few sheets of foil of the required size and overlap each other. Put prepared meat on foil and wrap tightly. Put the wrapped meat on a plate and place in the refrigerator for about 4-5 hours so that the beef is well marinated.
- After this time, put the meat in foil into a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180-200 ºС and send the baked pork to bake for about 1.5 hours. You can check the readiness of the meat with a knife or a long skewer. At the same time, the liquid should flow out of an almost transparent color and in a small amount. Let the meat cool a little in the foil. Then cut the boiled pork in portions and transfer to a serving dish.
You can decorate and complement the dish with a leaf of salad and carefully chopped fresh vegetables. Serving boiled pork can be both hot and cold for sandwiches. Such meat is very juicy and aromatic, easily cut and does not break up.
