Step cooking
To properly cook a delicious boiled pork, you must first let it marinate well, and then bake it properly.
Cooking marinade
- Place a small pan on the stove, in which 1 liter of water should fit. Let it boil. Peel and wash 5-6 cloves of garlic. Cut them into small circles.
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients necessary for the marinade, namely: 1 tablespoon with a slide of salt, 4 peas of allspice, 15 peas of black pepper, 2 cloves, 2 bay leaves and sliced garlic. When the water in the pan begins to boil, simply pour out all the ingredients, and after mixing, let it boil for 1 minute. Then remove the marinade from the heat. About five minutes, let it cool.
- At this time, prepare the meat - 1 kg. Remove the veins and films, if there is a lot of fat, then it should also be cut. Rinse and dry the piece. Put it in a bowl. Gently pour the meat on top with the marinade. Lift the meat a little so that the marinade falls under the second side of the piece.
- With a knife, make 2-3 punctures so that the meat is marinated inside.
- Cover the bowl and remove for a day to pickle.
Bake boiled pork
- Turn on the oven at 200 ° C. First, prepare a dressing for meat. To do this, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a small bowl and pour half a teaspoon of paprika, black pepper, dried garlic and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Put 2 pieces of foil approximately 0.5 m long on the work surface.
- Put the marinade meat on one of these pieces. With a culinary brush, apply the prepared dressing to the meat on both sides.
- Then wrap the piece in the first foil, make sure that the edges are bent up on the sides (so the juice will not leak). After wrap in the second piece, overlapping the edges of the first. Put the billet on a baking sheet and place in the oven to bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- After the set time, remove the baking sheet and cut off the foil from above, you do not need to get it from below - just open it like a flower. Put in the oven at 220 ° C, turning on only the top heating. Also, if there is such a function, you can enable convection. The baking time is 10 minutes.
