Step cooking
- Before starting the preparation, the turkey fillet must be soaked in saline. Rinse approximately 600-700 g of turkey fillet under running water, then remove film and streaks as needed. Pour about 1 liter of cold water into a deep bowl and add 2 tsp. salt, mix everything well. Place the turkey fillet in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, drain the saline and rinse the fillet well under cold running water. Then dry the turkey with paper towels and lay the fillet in a bowl or on a cutting board.
- Make the fillet marinade. Pour 2 tbsp into a glass or bowl. l vegetable oil. Add to it ½ tsp. black pepper and paprika. Mix well until smooth.
- Lubricate the turkey fillet on all sides with the prepared mixture, rubbing the spices well with your hands. If desired, you can use any other spices for the marinade - dried oregano, basil, rosemary, coriander, etc. Spicy herbs will make pork boiled piquant.
- Peel 5 cloves of garlic and cut them into thin slices with a knife.
- On the entire surface on all sides of the fillet, make holes with the tip of a knife. Place garlic slices in these cuts.
- In a baking dish, pour 1-2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and place the turkey in it in the marinade. Preheat the oven to a maximum temperature, for example up to 250 ºС, and let the baked pork bake for 15 minutes. No more time is required so as not to overdry the poultry meat.
- After this time, turn off the oven, but do not open the door and do not get the turkey. Leave the boiled pork to languish in a warm oven for another 2 hours.
- Then take out and cut into portions for serving.
Ready boiled pork is very soft and aromatic. It can be served both hot and chilled - baked turkey is equally tasty. Piquant boiled pork is a completely independent dish, but it can also be served with side dishes of your choice - cereals, mashed potatoes, pasta, etc. A good addition would be a salad of fresh vegetables or canned vegetables.
According to this recipe, you can cook boiled pork from chicken breast, pork or beef. For pork and beef, simply increase the baking time.
