Step cooking
- Wash the pulp of young beef (1 kg), dry it with paper towels and salt well on all sides.
- Rub the meat well with a mixture of peppers to your taste on all sides.
- Spread the meat with mustard on all sides using 4-5 tablespoons of the product.
- Leave the meat to marinate for 5-7 hours, tighten the bowl with it with cling film and put in the refrigerator.
- Form the marinated meat into a roll and tie it with a regular thread.
- Put the roll on the foil and wrap it so that the juice does not leak. Bake boiled pork in foil in an oven preheated to 180 degrees 1 hour 10 minutes - 1 hour 20 minutes.
- Remove the prepared beef pork from the oven, but leave it in the foil until it cools completely.
Boiled pork serving and decoration options
Serve cold beef pork. Pre-remove the thread from the roll and cut it across the circles with a thickness of at least 0.5-0.7 cm. Beautifully put the mugs of boiled pork overlapping each other on a long oval dish or on a round plate. Garnish the meat with sprigs of dill, curly parsley or lettuce. The sides of the plate can be decorated with slices of figured cut cucumbers. If the diameter of the roll is large, then cut the circles into 2 parts (2 semicircles).
