Once cooled down, gently hit the table once, then press with your palm and, gently pressing, roll on the surface of the table. After that, it will be easy to remove the shell. Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes, as for a salad, and send them into a deep bowl.
- Peel one large onion from the husk, and also cut into small cubes. The smaller you can chop the onion, the better.
- Pour the chopped onion into a sieve and pour over boiling water. This will avoid bitterness in taste. Shake the onion thoroughly in a strainer to make all the water glass, then send it to a bowl with chopped eggs.
- Open a jar of tuna, drain almost all the liquid from canned food into a bowl.
- Mash the fish with a fork to the state of mincemeat, and then send the tuna to the eggs with onions. If you want to give the filling a richer taste of tuna, add another can of canned food, also draining the liquid from it and kneading the fish with a fork.
- Salt to taste, then add a tablespoon of mayonnaise of any fat content and mix all the ingredients. If the mass, in your opinion, is somewhat dry, add another spoonful of mayonnaise and mix again.
- Cut a fresh loaf or baguette into slices of medium thickness.
- Spread the egg-tuna filling on bread slices, put the finished sandwiches on a flat plate and serve.

If you serve sandwiches for guests, take a large flat plate, lay fresh lettuce leaves on it in a circle, and place the appetizer on top of the leaves.
Also, if desired, you can sprinkle tuna sandwiches with freshly chopped greens - parsley or dill. For the same purpose, you can use leek.
