Ingredients
- Cucumber - 1 pc.
- Lemon - 1 pc.
- Dill - 2 bunches
- Red fish - 150-200 g
- Amber Cheese - 100-150 g
- Long loaf - 1 pcs.
- Long loaf (baguette) - 1 pc.
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l
- Tomatoes - 5-6 pcs.
- Ground sweet paprika - 4 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Cream Cheese - 150 g
- Hard cheese - 100 g
Step cooking
Sandwiches with Red Fish and Cheese
- We cut a small loaf in portions. Spread slices of loaf with cheese "Amber". To make the sandwiches look beautiful, cut each piece in half, we get a small slice. For spreading, we need 100-150 grams of cheese.
- Wash the lemon under the tap, cut it into halves or quarters.
- Cut fresh cucumber into thin circles or half circles.
- Cut the red fish fillet in half and cut into thin slices.
- Under the tap, wash 10-12 branches of fresh dill, let the moisture leave. On a slice of long loaf greased with cheese, put a slice of lemon, then a thin piece of red fish, put a circle of cucumber after the fish, and a sprig of green dill completes the picture. So do with all slices of loaf of cheese smeared with cheese. Sandwich appetizer is ready: put the sandwiches on a dish and serve.
Curly Sandwiches
- We get 100 grams of butter in advance from the refrigerator. Let the oil soften. Half of the long loaf, which is known as the “baguette,” is cut into slices one centimeter thick.
- Spread each slice with butter in a thin layer.
- In a bowl of the mixer we place 200 grams of cottage cheese, add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and one pinch of salt. Beat the ingredients with a mixer until a pasty mixture is obtained.
- This mixture is divided into three equal parts, placed in three separate containers.
- Under the tap, wash one bunch of green fresh dill, finely chop it on a cutting board. Add chopped dill to the first bowl with the curd mixture and mix thoroughly until smooth. The mass should turn green.
- In another container with the curd mixture, add 2-3 teaspoons of ground sweet paprika. Stir, we get a homogeneous mixture of red.
- In the third container with the curd-mayonnaise mixture, add the garlic passed through the press. We clean two cloves of garlic and wash in advance.
- Then, for each sandwich, spread with butter, along the edge we place with the help of a fork a curd mass, alternating in color, in color.
- I wash two or three tomatoes under the tap, cut into half slices and place in the center of each sandwich. The process of making sandwiches is over, you can put them on a dish and decorate the holiday table.
Sandwiches Flowers
- Cut half the baguette into round portioned portions.
- I wash half a bunch of fresh dill and finely chop on a cutting board.
- We place 150 grams of cream cheese in a container and add chopped dill there, mix until smooth.
- We spread cheese with dill on each bread slice.
- Wash three fresh tomatoes and cut them into 0.5 cm thick circles.
- Put chopped tomatoes on sandwiches.
- Hard cheese is cut into small thin plates. We will need 100 grams of hard cheese. We take a mold "flower", cut flowers from these plates. If you do not have such a shape, flowers can be formed from circles. We spread flowers on sandwiches on top of tomatoes.
- Pour one teaspoon of sweet paprika into the container. From the waste of cheese we cut out small, round-shaped figures and roll them in paprika, shaking off excess.
- We place these circles in the middle of each flower.
