How to learn to cook delicious buns with condensed milk

Step cooking

  1. We heat the sour milk so that it is warm, but not hot. Pour milk into a bowl, add 11 grams of dry yeast, salt, sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, one egg and one tablespoon of vegetable oil to it. Mix well.
    In heated sour milk, add sugar, salt, yeast, egg and vegetable oil.
  2. Add almost all the flour, leaving about 100 grams for later.

  3. Knead the dough with your hands for about 3-5 minutes.

  14. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and put the rolls in the mold. We cover the form with a film, without pressing it to the rolls. Leave for 15 minutes to buns slightly increased in size.
    We spread the blanks on a baking sheet greased with butter and cover with cling film so that they still rise.
  15. As soon as the buns become larger, send them to the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.

  16. Buns are ready! Cream is best prepared in advance when your dough is suitable.
    Buns are baked for a maximum of half an hour.
  17. For the cream, it is enough to take a small amount of ordinary store condensed milk, about 250 grams. Add condensed milk to the stewpan, break two eggs to it.
    To prepare the cream, mix the condensed milk with eggs and boil until thickened.
  18. We put on fire and begin to stir with a whisk until thickened. The mass should not boil. Thus, the condensed milk will become thicker and ideal for greasing buns.
    The cream should be allowed to cool slightly.
  19. When the buns have cooled slightly, grease them with cream on top and leave them for 10-15 minutes so that the cream soaks the buns.
    Slightly cooled buns pour cream.
