Ingredients
Product | amount |
Milk (sour) | 300 ml |
Dry yeast | 11 g |
Salt | 2/3 tsp |
Sugar | 2 tbsp. l |
Vanilla sugar | 1 PC. |
Eggs | 3 pcs. |
Flour | 600 g |
Butter | 110 g |
Sugar | 2-3 tbsp. l |
Cinnamon | taste |
Condensed milk | 250 g |
Vegetable oil | 1 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- We heat the sour milk so that it is warm, but not hot. Pour milk into a bowl, add 11 grams of dry yeast, salt, sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, one egg and one tablespoon of vegetable oil to it. Mix well.
- Add almost all the flour, leaving about 100 grams for later.
- Knead the dough with your hands for about 3-5 minutes.
- The dough will be sticky, so kneading it with your hands will be quite difficult and inconvenient. In order to continue kneading, add melted butter (not hot) to the dough and mix it into the dough. We continue to knead.
- Add the remaining flour and knead the dough. It should stop sticking to your hands.
- We take the dough out of the bowl, sprinkle flour on the work surface and continue to knead the dough on the surface.
- We put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel or film, leave in a warm place to approach for 40-50 minutes.
- We knead the dough, we take it to the work surface, sprinkled with flour. Roll the dough a little with your hands, make a “envelope” out of it and leave it in the bowl for another 15 minutes.
- The dough will rise even stronger.
- Again, spread the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour. We roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a layer to form future buns.
- Smear soft butter on the surface of the dough.
- Sprinkle dough with sugar, cinnamon or vanilla sugar on top of the oil to taste. You can also choose brown sugar instead of the usual one.
- We twist the layer into a roll and cut into 12 equal parts. To make the rolls perfectly smooth, cut the roll with either a very sharp knife or dental floss.
- Lubricate the baking dish with butter and put the rolls in the mold. We cover the form with a film, without pressing it to the rolls. Leave for 15 minutes to buns slightly increased in size.
- As soon as the buns become larger, send them to the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Buns are ready! Cream is best prepared in advance when your dough is suitable.
- For the cream, it is enough to take a small amount of ordinary store condensed milk, about 250 grams. Add condensed milk to the stewpan, break two eggs to it.
- We put on fire and begin to stir with a whisk until thickened. The mass should not boil. Thus, the condensed milk will become thicker and ideal for greasing buns.
- When the buns have cooled slightly, grease them with cream on top and leave them for 10-15 minutes so that the cream soaks the buns.
- Done! Cinnabon can be enjoyed at home. Enjoy your meal!
