Step cooking
- Pour 250 ml of warm milk into a bowl. Add 70 g of sugar. Pour 2 tsp. dry yeast, mix. Now 10-15 minutes should wait until the dough comes up. It will be visible - the hat will rise. The mixture is slightly salted - you need a small pinch of salt. Pour 1 tsp. vanilla sugar.
- We drive in an egg. We also pour in 50 g of melted butter, but it can not be hot. Mix well. Sift the flour and pour 0.4 kg into the mixture immediately. The remaining 100 g is sprinkled gradually, as the dough is kneading.
- When it becomes difficult to stir the dough with a spoon, put it on the table, lightly sprinkled with flour, and begin to knead with your hands. It will take 2-3 minutes. If the dough sticks strongly to your hands and work surface - you can add a little flour. The finished dough will be soft, slightly sticky. After proofing, the stickiness will disappear.
- We shift the dough into a bowl slightly greased with vegetable mala (1 tbsp.), Cover with a towel and leave to rise for only 30 minutes.
- We divide the dough into portions: first, into 4 parts, each of which into 3 pieces.
- First, knead each piece with your fingers, then roll out a rolling pin into an oval, the thickness of which should be about 2 mm. Melt 50 g of butter and let it cool, grease them with each oval using a cooking brush. Sprinkle each blank with sugar (in total 100-150 g will be needed).
- We twist the oval cake into a tube, wrap it in a ring and connect the ends. Having laid the ring on the barrel, cut it lengthwise, stepping back from the edge a couple of centimeters.
- Expand the cut ring - a heart is obtained.
- We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put the hearts there and grease each with a slightly shaken egg (half the egg will be enough). We heat the oven to 180ºС, set a baking sheet in it for 20-25 minutes, until they lightly brown. We take out a baking sheet and pour the buns with fat cream (they will need 100-150 g), and then sprinkle with sugar. We return the pan to the oven for 5-10 minutes, let them brown for a little more.
- While still hot, we transfer them to the dish and wait for them to cool. Outside, a crispy sugar crust is obtained, and inside - a delicate creamy pulp.
