Step cooking
Before you start kneading the dough, turn on the oven to warm up to a temperature of 200 ° C, since this treat is prepared in a matter of minutes.
Knead the dough
- In a bowl for kneading dough, lay out 280 g of pasty cottage cheese. If you have ordinary cottage cheese, then pass it through a fine sieve, and if necessary, add a spoonful of sour cream or milk so that it acquires the desired consistency.
- We add two chicken eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 60 g of granulated and 10 g of vanilla sugar, and 40 ml of vegetable oil to the cottage cheese. Vegetable oil can be replaced with butter, first melting it to a liquid state, and after cooling to room temperature. All components are thoroughly whipped with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Separately, sift 230-250 g of premium flour, then mix it with 11 g of baking powder for the dough. We knead the flour, adding it in small portions. The faster you make the dough, the more airy and tender the buns will be.
- Sprinkle a silicone mat with 10-20 g of flour, and then put very sticky, soft, but not liquid dough on it. In no case do we continue kneading the dough, but only carefully dip it in flour.
- We form a rectangular layer from the dough, and then divide it into eight equal parts.
- Each piece is manually rounded to form a round bun. We lay out the formed workpiece on a baking sheet, pre-coated with baking paper.
Bake products
- Take one chicken egg and separate the yolk from the protein. Yolk and 10 ml of warm milk or water are mixed in a separate container. We lubricate the workpieces with the resulting mixture, so that in the future baking has a beautiful ruddy color.
- We send products to the oven heated to 200 ° C, where we bake for 20-23 minutes. We allow the finished baking to cool to a warm state, and then serve it on the table.
