Ingredients
wheat flour | 400 g |
sugar | 300 g |
milk 3.2% | 200 ml |
margarine | 50 g |
dry yeast | 1 tsp |
vegetable oil | 10 ml |

Step cooking
- To begin with, slowly heat 200 ml of milk over low heat and pour it into a deep plate. Add 1 tsp to milk. dry yeast and 3 tbsp. l Sahara. Mix everything.
- Then we take 50 g of margarine and slightly melt it in a water bath so that it becomes liquid, but not very hot. Melted margarine is added to a mixture of milk, sugar and yeast. Mix well with a spoon.
- To the obtained ingredients, sift 400 g of flour. This should be done gradually, constantly mixing the resulting mass. Make sure that you do not form lumps.
- When the dough stops sticking to your hands and becomes soft, cover it with cling film and leave it in this state for about 1 hour.
- After the dough for buns has come up, put it on a surface greased with vegetable oil and begin to roll it into a roll. Let the oven heat up to 180 degrees.
- Then we cut the resulting roll into identical pieces of medium size. In total, you should get about 10 such blanks.
- From each piece of dough we make a cake, which we sprinkle with 1 tsp. Sahara. Then we turn the cake into a tube, fasten its ends and make a small incision in the middle. As a result, you should get 10 buns, in shape similar to a heart.
- Now we take out a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil and put dough pieces on it at a small distance from each other. Take 1 egg, drive it into a deep bowl and mix with a spoon.
- With the finished egg mixture, coat the top of each bun. We send the pan to the preheated oven until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes).
