Step cooking
- Measure out 300 ml of milk and heat it. Cook the dough. To do this, add 2 tbsp. In warm milk. l sugar, 11 g of dry yeast and 2-3 tbsp. l flour. Mix well, cover and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
- At this time, beat in a separate bowl 2 eggs, 3-4 tbsp. l sugar and 0.5 tsp salt. Remove the butter from the refrigerator to make it soft. When lush foam forms on the dough, add a mixture of eggs and sugar to it. Mix well and inject 100 g of softened butter.
- Next to the liquid ingredients, adding in small portions, enter 600-700 g of wheat flour previously sifted through a sieve. When the dough becomes hard to knead with a spoon, shift it onto a table or board, and knead with your hands. Depending on the quality, the flour may take more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus on the density of your dough: it should be soft, but at the same time, not sticky to the hands. Knead the dough on the surface for 8-10 minutes.
- Form a ball from the finished dough, place it in a large bowl, sprinkled with flour, cover with cling film and place in a warm place for raising for 40-60 minutes.
- When the dough has risen well, remove it from the bowl, knead, divide into 3 parts, and each part into another 9-10 parts. In general, you should get 27-30 identical pieces.
- From balls of dough, form balls, cover them with foil and leave for another 20-30 minutes. Roll each ball with a rolling pin into a cake no thicker than 5 mm.
- Put about 1 tsp on the center of each cake. jam. On the sides of the cake, make 4 cuts at the same distance from each other.
- Roll up the dough in the shape of a rose and close the jam. Put the finished roses in a form pre-lubricated with odorless vegetable oil. A shape with a diameter of 20-22 cm should fit 14-15 roses. Cover them with foil and leave to rise for 30-40 minutes.
- Beat 1 egg in a separate dish and grease the risen dough.
- Place the mold in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes. Remove the finished buns from the oven and let them cool completely.
On a note
- The dough can also be prepared on pressed yeast, they will need 20 g, otherwise the recipe will remain unchanged.
- For the flavor of the dough, you can add vanilla sugar, cinnamon or other favorite spices to it.
- Instead of jam, you can take fresh or canned berries, baked apples or pumpkin, nuts or dried fruits, chopped with honey, poppy seeds, as well as pieces of chocolate.
