Step cooking
- Sift three cups of wheat flour into a separate deep bowl. Add all the dry ingredients to it: two teaspoons of dried yeast, two tablespoons of granulated sugar, one teaspoon of salt. Take a tablespoon and mix the ingredients so that they are evenly distributed throughout the flour. Here, you should pour vanilla on the tip of a teaspoon.
- Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into the mixed dry ingredients, and immediately after the oil, one and a half cups of warm water. Water should be closer to hot in temperature. First we knead with a tablespoon, and when it becomes difficult to do, we spread the dough on the table and then knead with our hands.
- If the dough continues to stick to your hands, add another half glass of flour, knead until smooth, until it becomes soft, elastic, sticks to your hands. We place it in a deep container, cover it with a clean towel, put it in a warm place for an hour and a half, so that it comes up, it increases by two to three times. After this time, we take out the dough, put it on the table and mix to remove excess air.
- We form a ball from the dough, divide it into four parts in order to make it easier to roll out. We crush each part again in the shape of a ball, leave one, and place three again in a bowl. Cover with a towel so as not to wind.
- First, we knead the rest with our hands on the table, so the excess air will go away, and then roll out the rolling pin into a round or rectangular layer three millimeters thick.
- Mix 4 tablespoons of sugar and a bag of cinnamon in a separate bowl. It will be a bun filling mixture. Sprinkle thinly rolled layer with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, do it plentifully, so the buns will be sweet and will smell like cinnamon.
- Now we roll the roll from the sprinkled layer, we get a long sausage. We cut this sausage into small rolls 4-5 cm long. Each pinch on the one hand, we form a bun in the shape of a rose. Cover the baking sheet with food paper or grease with vegetable oil. We spread the buns at a distance of 5-7 cm from each other.
- Beat the egg in a small container, with a kitchen brush, grease the top of the buns with the egg mixture, place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. They are baked very quickly: as soon as we see that they have acquired a golden color, we immediately get them and can serve them to the table.
Instead of cinnamon, you can use other sprinkles, you can grease the buns with butter and sprinkle sugar on top.
