Step cooking
- To get started, prepare a dough dough. In a saucepan on a stove or in the microwave, lightly heat 1 cup of milk and pour it into a deep bowl. Add 1 tbsp to milk. l sugar and pour about 6-7 g of dry yeast. Mix everything well with a spoon and leave for 5-10 minutes to activate the yeast.
- Meanwhile, melt in a saucepan on a stove 50 g of butter. In a separate deep bowl, beat 2 chicken eggs and add 3 tbsp. To them. l sugar, then pour the melted butter and sprinkle everything with a pinch of salt. Mix all ingredients well with a whisk. Pour the beaten eggs into a bowl with a suitable dough, then add 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and mix well.
- Using a sieve, gradually sift 4 cups of wheat flour into a bowl, kneading the dough with a spoon all the time. Then knead the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes. Lubricate the walls of the bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil so that the dough rises and does not stick to the bowl. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film or a kitchen towel and place it in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours.
- After this time, the dough came up well and became very lush and soft. Wash it well with your hands to remove excess air. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and put the dough on it. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a layer about 1 cm thick.
- Soften about 10 g of butter at room temperature and grease the dough with it, without touching the edges by 1 cm. In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp. l ground cinnamon and 3 tbsp. l Sahara. Then sprinkle the dough evenly with this mixture.
- Gently roll the dough into a roll, fasten the edges. Then cut the roll into about 12-13 equal parts with a width of 2-3 cm. Do this gently and preferably with a very sharp knife, so that it is easy to cut the dough and not crush it.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºС. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and lay prepared buns on it at a distance from each other. Put the buns to bake for about 20-30 minutes. During this time, baking is well suited and beautifully browned. Optionally, grease the buns before baking with egg yolk and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
