Sugar | 250 g |
Sunflower oil (odorless) | 50 ml |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Butter | 50-70 g |
Warm milk | 500 ml |

Ground cinnamon | 30-40 g |
Step cooking
- Pour 8-10 g of dry yeast into 500 ml of warm milk.
- Add a couple of tablespoons of sugar.
- Pour a couple of tablespoons of flour (it will only need 0.65-0.7 kg), mix, leave for 10 minutes.
- Pour the sifted flour into the blender bowl.
- Pour 2 tbsp in flour. l sugar and 1 tsp. salt.
- Add a little vanillin - to your taste, stir.
- We introduce milk and yeast into the dry mixture.
- Beat with a blender until smooth.
- Then you can add 50 ml of sunflower oil (preferably odorless).
- Put the well-kneaded dough into a bowl, lightly grease the top with sunflower oil, cover with cling film. We give him time to walk about an hour. It should increase in volume by 2-2.5 times.
- For the filling, mix 150 g of sugar and 30-40 g of ground cinnamon.
- Lubricate the hands and work surface with sunflower oil. We spread the dough on the table and divide it in half.
- First we work with one part. Hands stretch it into a rectangle.
- Lubricate the entire surface of the dough with softened butter (50-70 g will be needed for the entire volume of the dough).
- Pour the rectangle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Gently tightly roll the dough roll.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil. We spread the roll on the foil.
- We cut the roll into segments (this is convenient to do with scissors), without cutting a little to the end. We lay out mini-rolls in different directions from the center.
- We cover the baking tray with buns with cling film and leave for 20 minutes - so that they rise.
- We do the same with the second half of the test. After the lapse of time, remove the film and place the baking sheet in the oven, heated to 180 ° C. Baking time - 15-20 minutes.
Useful Tips
- If for some reason you do not want to use cinnamon for the filling, you can simply replace it with another product. It can be jam or cottage cheese, raisins or nuts.
- Before baking, you can grease the top of the buns with egg yolk.
- Ready buns can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, pour over syrup or melted chocolate.
