- We begin to knead the dough, knead it for 5 minutes. Add vegetable oil, and mix it in the dough. We knead the dough, pinch it and leave it for 5-10 minutes, so that it fits a little.
- After a while, we divide the dough into several parts. In our case, we get 4 buns. We spread the buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment or sprinkled with flour.
- Lubricate the buns with milk, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and set to bake in the oven at 210 degrees for 15-20 minutes. When the buns are ready, transfer them to the wire rack, sprinkle with some water, cover with a towel and leave to cool. Buns are ready! They can be served at the table. Enjoy your meal!
