Step cooking
- In a small container, mix 75 ml of milk and 75 ml of water, heat so that the liquid becomes warm. Pour 4 grams of dry yeast there, stir, cover the container with film, let stand a little in a warm place so that the yeast dissolves and activates: for 15-20 minutes.
- After the yeast has activated, 200 grams of wheat flour are sifted through a sieve into a container for kneading the dough, pour the mixture with dissolved yeast, add 28 grams of sugar and hammer one egg. Stir the resulting mixture with a kitchen spoon until the mass becomes homogeneous, and then sift the remaining 200 grams of wheat flour into a bowl and pour 9 grams of salt. Add 35 grams of sunflower oil, carefully mix all the ingredients in a container.
- Knead the dough. We do this first in a bowl, then put it on the table and knead on the table for 5-7 minutes. The dough should be soft enough, not stick to the table and hands.
- We grease the bowl with vegetable oil so that later it is easier to spread the dough from there, put it there, cover the bowl with cling film, put the bowl in a warm place for one hour. The temperature of the room where the dough will be suitable should be up to 30 degrees with a plus.
- After an hour, we take out the dough from the bowl, crush it, folding it with an envelope several times, give it the shape of a ball, put it in a bowl again and send it to a warm place for another half an hour to rest. After this time, the dough rose well: put it on a cutting board or table, divide it with a dough cutter or knife into ten equal parts.
- We roll each of these parts on the table, try to give the dough a ball shape. Then we roll each ball with a rolling pin into an oval cake, form a roll, bend the side edges, pinch the seam so that it is not visible, roll the roll so that it turns into a sausage. We take out a high baking sheet, cover it with parchment paper, place the formed sausages on top.
- We cover the baking sheet with cling film, put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes so that the buns come up. At this time, turn on the oven, heat up to 200 degrees.
- After 20 minutes, remove the film, place the pan in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Bake the product until a golden crust appears. The baking temperature can range from 200 to 230 degrees: you need to adjust it depending on the characteristics of a particular oven yourself.
- When the buns are lightly browned, we take them out of the oven, place them on a flat container, cover with a clean towel and let them rest for about ten minutes. After that, they can already be used for the purposes you need.
