Step cooking
- Sift 2 cups (per 200 ml) of flour into a bowl through a sieve. Add 1 bag of baking powder (10-12 g) and ¾ tsp to flour. salt, mix.
- We take thick sour milk 3.2% (or homemade yogurt), measure 200 ml with a glass and pour into flour. Add 100 ml of sunflower oil there. Knead the dough. During kneading, you can add a little flour if it seems too liquid.
- Take a chopping board and sprinkle it with flour. We spread our dough there and begin to knead it with our hands. The dough is tender, smooth and enjoyable to work with. The main thing is not to overdo the flour. Kneading takes about у cup flour. Leave the dough to rest and proceed with the preparation of the filling.
- We take 200-250 g of cream cheese. We cut (or break) it into small cubes and pour it into a bowl. Break the chicken egg (1 pc.) And separate the yolk from the protein. Add the yolk to the cream cheese. Knead everything with a fork until smooth. Optionally, you can add more greens. The filling is ready. Now back to the test.
- Stretch the dough a little into a rectangle and divide it into about 10 parts with a knife. We take each piece, help ourselves with flour, if suddenly sticks. And we form cakes with our hands.
- We spread in the middle of each cake somewhere for 1 tsp. fillings (cheese with egg). And pinch in a circle. You can run a little pie on the table, forming a round bun.
- Now prepare the mass for the lubrication of our buns. Take 1 chicken egg, break into a plate. Add 1 tbsp to the egg. l sour milk (which we used for the test) and 1 tbsp. l sunflower oil. Add a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly with a spoon or fork.
- We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and put our buns on it. Lubricate them with a brush prepared mass of eggs and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Put the baking tray with buns in the oven 180-190 degrees. To prevent the buns from cracking, you can pierce them with a fork before baking. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serving such rolls is best immediately after preparation.
