Ingredients
- Bulgur - 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 450 g
- Onion - 120 g
- Carrots - 260 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 15 g
Step cooking
- Soak bulgur in cold water for 30 minutes. Rinse and let dry.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan greased with oil.
- Cut the carrots into small pieces or rub on a coarse grater.
- Add carrots to the onion and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
- Cut the chicken into strips or cubes, add to the onions and carrots. Fry for about 7 minutes.
- Salt and pepper the dish to taste. Add the garlic, passed through the press.
- Add bulgur, pour water. Water is added in proportions two to one.
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- The dish is ready and you can serve it to the table!
