Kitchen appliances and utensils
- pan;
- grater;
- knife;
- cutting board;
- beaker.
Ingredients
- White bread (ciabatta) - 2 slices
- Fresh tomatoes, cherry - 3-4 pcs.
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves
- Basil greens - 1 sprig
- Dried oregano greens - 1-2 pinches
- Olive oil - 30-40 ml
- Table salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chili pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Step cooking
- Take two slices of white wheat bread, ideally Italian broth ciabatta is used for the bruschetta.
- Peel one or two cloves of garlic. Grate the garlic on a fine grater, mass the bread surface on one side. Pour olive oil over the bread. If you do not have olive, take any other vegetable oil of your choice.
- Heat a frying pan over high heat. Put slices of bread in the pan with the side that is smeared with garlic and drizzled with butter.
- Fry the bread to a beautiful golden brown.
- Finely chop 3-4 pieces of cherry tomatoes. You can just chop the tomatoes (with peel or not - you decide, if without peel, then remove it in advance). Instead of 3-4 cherry tomatoes, you can take one regular medium tomato.
- Divide chopped tomatoes in half, evenly lay on toasted slices of bread.
- Salt bruschetta and pepper with ground black pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle sandwiches with dry oregano herbs, taking 1 or 2 pinches, depending on your preference. Tear off a few leaves from a sprig of green basil, decorate the bruschetta.
- If you want your appetizer to become hot, add chopped chili peppers (0.5 pods) into thin sliced tomatoes.
Bruschetta - the same sandwiches, you can cook them with any ingredients, putting on top a filling of cheese and herbs, fruits, meat, fish, seafood, mushrooms or vegetables. An appetizer is made quickly and practically from any products.
