Step cooking
- From 2 slices of toast bread, using a form, cut circles. It is not necessary to cut circles, you can make, for example, ovals (at your discretion), or instead of toast bread, take ciabatta (unleavened bread in the form of a baguette). We put the frying pan on the stove and turn on the medium heat. Pour quite a bit (10 ml) of olive oil into a heated skillet and lightly fry our billets.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the bread a little until brown on both sides.
- We wash one avocado and cut the skin from it. Cut it in half and cut into thin plates.
- We cut the slightly salted fillet of salmon into small narrow strips, approximately 2-3 cm wide. Divide them into 2 parts. From salmon slices we turn 2 roses, starting from the center. To do this, put a slice of salmon vertically on the narrow side and fold it with a tube. Around the first slice, gradually wrap the following slices. As a result, we get a "rose". We straighten its "petals".
- Divided avocado plates are divided into 2 parts. We take half the plates, and one at a time we begin to wrap them with an offset around our salmon rosette. We do the same with the second half of the avocado.
- We spread cottage cheese on slices of toast bread. Curd cheese can be replaced, for example, with spicy Pesto sauce or another sauce of your choice.
- We carefully shift our “roses” onto it with a knife.
- Decorate with small branches of dill. Spray lightly with olive oil.
Ways of decorating and serving
If you have no desire to mess with roses, then toast bread with curd cheese or sauce carefully wrap a slice of slightly salted salmon. From above, as a decoration, you can put a quail egg fried in vegetable oil and a sprig of basil.
Another option is to put salmon slices on the curd cheese, and on top you can put sliced and half-baked cherry tomatoes with finely chopped greens and garlic.
The next option is with flowers, but much simpler. Roll the salmon slices in the form of a bag, and we get a similarity to the Calla flowers. We put several of these flowers on the curd cheese, and inside of each we put capers. It turns out beautifully and simply.
Another option. Wrap slices of salmon around steamed asparagus and put on cottage cheese. Tasty, simple and healthy.
Another option. Spread the fried bread with sauce, and put a little creamy or curd cheese on the fish and roll it up. Put the roll on the sauce and garnish with steamed green peas.
