Step cooking
Vegetable preparation
- Before cooking, all vegetables must be washed, if necessary, peeled. Cut the avocado in half along. Remove the stone. Spoon out all the flesh, leaving the crust. Spread in a bowl.
- Divide the lime in half. Squeeze juice from ½ part of lime. Pour the avocado with lime juice.
- Knead the pulp of mashed avocado with a fork.
- Finely chop ¼ Crimean onion. We send to the avocado. In small pieces, like onions, cut 1 tomato. Also put on the avocado.
- We spread 1/3 jars of Almette cheese with garlic.
- Mix well until smooth. Add salt to taste.
Shrimp Preparation
- We clean the shrimp: remove the head, tail, chitinous shell, intestinal vein from the abdomen.
- Pour 20-30 ml of olive oil into the pan.
- Brushed 1 - 2 cloves of garlic crush with a knife, put in a pan.
- Pour 0.5 tsp into the pan. thyme. We wait until the oil heats up and begins to hiss. We fry for 2 - 3 minutes, garlic and thyme during this time will begin to give their taste and aroma.
- Now spread 200 g of peeled shrimp. We fry them for 3 - 5 minutes, so that the barrel is slightly podzolot.
- Sprinkle with 0.5 tsp. salt, mix.
- After frying the shrimp, it is better to put it on a paper towel - remove excess oil.
Putting a sandwich
- Cut whole grain bread.
- Spread a mixture of avocado on each piece.
- On top of the bread with the mixture we spread the fried shrimp.
- Sprinkle dill, parsley or cilantro with finely chopped greens on top, and for thinness, finely chopped slices of chili pepper. Serve on a platter of lettuce.
Useful information
- Tomatoes should be mid-season.
- Use only quality vegetable oil.
- Serve the bread better in a cold form (can be fried in a toaster or in a dry frying pan).
- Whole grain bread can be replaced with ciabatta, or toast bread.
- The most important thing in cooking is not to dry the bread so that crackers do not turn out. If you still overdried the bread, then soak the croutons with olive oil.
