Step cooking
- Take 1 large broccoli and divide it into inflorescences with a knife.
- We turn on the gas or electric stove, we collect water in a pan and put the divided broccoli inflorescences there to boil for about 3-4 minutes, this will be enough. Broccoli should not be completely cooked, they should be a little raw. Also do not forget to salt them a little.
- While broccoli is cooked, you can start preparing the sauce. Take 4 medium champignons and finely chop.
- Semi-prepared broccoli are thrown into a colander.
- Finely chopped champignons must be fried in a dry pan so that excess moisture evaporates from them.
- Next, take 4 medium cloves of garlic and finely chop with a knife.
- When the mushrooms fry a little and decrease in size - add garlic to them and mix well.
- Add to the pan with mushrooms and garlic 100 milliliters of milk and 150 milliliters of cream. Boil a little and salt to taste.
- As soon as the sauce begins to thicken - it is ready, turn off the gas.
- We put broccoli in the baking dish and pour the previously prepared creamy sauce evenly on top.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, 70-100 grams will be enough. For the dish you can take any hard cheese. We send the baking dish to bake in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
- After 10 minutes, the dish is ready, you can serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
Tips for the hostess
- To make a delicious vegetable casserole from broccoli - send them to the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- When preparing a creamy sauce, don't be afraid to add seasonings to it. Imagine, for sure you will get an excellent dish!
- Sometimes the sauce is too thin, and the hostess does not like it. Take a few tablespoons of premium wheat flour and add to the sauce, be sure to mix well so that no lumps form.
- You can also grind the finished dish in a blender and serve as a sauce or a spread for sandwiches.
