Step cooking
- Lightly thaw 800 g of broccoli. To do this, pack the cabbage you need to remove from the freezer half an hour before cooking and put it in a separate cup.
- 5-7 minutes before cooking broccoli, pour 1 liter of boiling water.
- Finely chop one large or two medium-sized onions.
- Grate 230-250 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- Put 20-30 g of butter in the multicooker bowl, and set the mode to “Frying”.
- After two to three minutes, run the finely chopped onion into the melted butter. After 5-6 minutes, when the onion begins to fry, pour 1 tsp. (without slide) ground nutmeg.
- Pour the contents of the bowl with 500 ml low-fat cream, and add one and a half teaspoons of salt.
- Drain the broccoli water and put the cabbage in a bowl with cream.
- Pour grated cheese onto the contents of the multicooker bowl.
- Disable the "Frying" mode. Crush cheese with a spatula to drown the broccoli in cream as much as possible. Close the cooker lid. Select the "Extinguishing" mode. Set a timer for 20 minutes. Press the “Start” button.
