Step cooking
- We peel 1 clove of garlic from the husk and press it with a knife so that aromatic juice begins to stand out. Pass the garlic through a press and send it into a deep bowl.
- We break 4 chicken eggs into the same container and mix them with a mixer or whisk until smooth.
- Next, add to the eggs 1.5 cups of liquid sour cream 10-15% and sift 200 g of wheat flour along with 1 tsp. baking powder dough.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly again.
- Rinse and finely chop with a knife ½ bunch of dill (you can take other herbs) and also send it to the dough.
- We add salt, ground black pepper and other spices to taste, if necessary. We connect everything into a homogeneous mass.
- We wash 1 kg of broccoli and cut off the inflorescences from it with a knife with a small piece of leg.
- Pour 2-3 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil (olive or sunflower) and heat it. Using a fork, dip the broccoli well in batter and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Put the prepared pieces in a serving dish and sprinkle 100 g of parmesan grated on a large or medium grater. Together with the dish we serve various sauces based on ketchup, mayonnaise or soy sauce.
