Step cooking
- We transfer prepared carrots into a deep container - peeled and washed. If you use a variety of small carrots (sold in supermarkets), then it will take about 8 pieces.
- Cut 4 peeled potatoes into four identical parts, add to a bowl with carrots.
- Season the carrots and potatoes with dried herbs and spices to taste, add ¼ teaspoon of salt and the same amount of sugar. Mix thoroughly so that the dry ingredients are evenly distributed among the vegetables.
- Pour half a tablespoon of olive oil here. Potatoes and carrots will be cooked first, as they take longer to cook.
- We spread the vegetables from the bowl into a special multicooker bowl designed for steaming. Pour 4 measured glasses of water into the multicooker bowl, place the bowl with vegetables, select the “Steam cooking” mode. Leave under a closed lid for 20 minutes.
- We sort out the cabbage of broccoli into inflorescences. Large inflorescences are cut in half. The head of the head we do not need.
- In a deep container we spread the inflorescences of broccoli, 150 grams of pre-thawed green peas and 150 grams of canned corn. Add ¼ teaspoon of sugar to vegetables, the same amount of salt, half a tablespoon of vegetable oil. We also add dried herbs to taste here. You can use a special set of spices “To vegetables”, which perfectly emphasizes their fresh taste and aroma. All ingredients must be mixed thoroughly to evenly distribute salt, oil and spices.
- When the time for cooking potatoes and carrots in the slow cooker expires (20 minutes), add the resulting vegetable mixture to the bowl and set the “Steaming” mode for another 5 minutes.
- After a while, the fragrant and healthy dish is ready to eat.
