Step cooking
- Peel potatoes and carrots. We rub them on a grater.
- Put vegetables in a bowl and add salt.
- Grind onions and garlic in a blender.
- Add to carrots and potatoes.
- Add eggs to the bowl and mix.
- Pour the vegetable oil into the pan.
- We form potato pancakes with our hands and fry in oil on both sides until golden. Done!

And if you are concerned about the fact that potato pancakes are fried in oil, you can bake them in the oven or just lightly grease a frying pan with a butter before frying.
