- Bulgur - 300 g

Step cooking
- We put a deep frying pan on the stove, pour in the oil and fry the bell pepper for 1-3 minutes.
- Add chopped mushrooms, mix and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Next, send the diced eggplant. Fry.
- Next, pour bulgur. Fry everything together for a couple of minutes.
- At the end, add finely chopped tomatoes.
- Then add chopped greens.
- Mix, salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour in water (in the proportions of 2: 1). Cook for 15 minutes under the lid.

Bulgur itself is dried crushed wheat. Bulgur is not like other cereals, and that is why he is good. You can cook bulgur in different ways. Some just boil it, some stew in a pan, as in the recipe. There is another cooking option, and it will appeal to those who love seasonings and spices. To make bulgur, you will need to boil water, fry finely chopped onions and garlic in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil in a pan with a deep bottom. In a couple of minutes, you will need to add bulgur itself.
Bulgur with onions and garlic should be well fried. You can add hot chili peppers along with onions and garlic. Then, after 2-3 minutes of frying, pour everything with boiling water in the correct proportions, mix and cook until cooked. Salt and pepper during cooking, add Italian herbs or any other aromatic spices.
