Step cooking
- Take a pan, pour 2 liters of water into it.
- Wash cabbage weighing about 1 kg, remove the top leaves and cut into 4 parts. Do not remove the stump, it will help keep the pieces intact.
- Dip the cabbage in a pot of water, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Whisk 2 eggs with a whisk, add ½ tsp to them. salt, ½ tsp. ground black pepper, ½ tsp. dried garlic and ½ tsp. dried dill. Beat the mass until the salt is completely dissolved.
- Put the boiled cabbage on a sieve, let the liquid drain and cool slightly.
- Cut cooled cabbage into slices of about 1 cm.
- Pour 50 ml of odorless vegetable oil into the pan and heat. Dip each slice of cabbage in the egg mixture and put it on a hot pan.
- Fry the cabbage for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Spread cabbage on paper towels to remove excess fat. Cabbage is ready, bon appetit.

- After the egg mixture, the cabbage can be rolled in breadcrumbs.
- In the egg mixture, you can add fresh, chopped herbs, ground red pepper and other spices to your taste.
- Garnish the cabbage slices with fresh herbs or chopped vegetables.
