- Hard cheese - 400 g
- Chicken Egg - 2 pcs.
- Unsweetened Corn Flakes - 150 g
- Wheat flour - 45 g

Step cooking
- On a fine grater, three 400 grams of hard cheese.
- We form small balls of grated cheese with our hands. We compress the cheese with our hands so that the balls hold and do not fall apart.
- Using a blender, grind into crumbs 150 grams of unsweetened corn flakes.
- Break two chicken eggs into a separate bowl and beat with a fork.
- Roll cheese balls on all sides, first in wheat flour, then in a beaten egg and in corn flakes.
- Pour 150-200 grams of vegetable oil into the stewpan and put on the stove. When the oil is properly heated, put our cheese balls in breading into it and fry until golden brown.
- We spread the finished cheese balls on paper towels so that they absorb the excess fat.
- We shift the balls to a beautiful dish and serve with sauces.
