Step cooking
- Pre-boil the beets. If desired, you can also bake. The main thing is that root crops are not ready to the end.
- Cut the beets in half and peel the skins from the back of the knife.
- Cut into pieces and place in a blender bowl.
- Add yogurt, salt, pepper, add peeled garlic clove and maple syrup. You can replace the syrup with a little sugar or another syrup. Pour in the olive oil.
- Grind the whole mass well to a puree state and put it in a deep plate.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and chopped herbs.

Step cooking
- Turn on the preheat oven in grill mode. Pour olive oil into a bowl. Add leaves from rosemary branches.
- Grind the garlic and also add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Peel the beets and cut into small slices. It should look beautiful, so do not grind it too much. Sent in a bowl and mix well. Sprinkle with coarse salt and add black pepper to taste.
- We transfer everything to a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and send it to the oven for 15 minutes.
- Beets must be cooked at high temperature to form a crust.
Beetroot salad with lettuce leaves
