- mayonnaise - 100 g

Step cooking
- Take 2 small zucchini, the total weight of which is 800 g and cut them into small cubes, then transfer the vegetables to a bowl, salt and mix so that the salt is evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, beat 3 chicken eggs.
- 80 g of hard cheese grate on a fine grater.
- Separately pour 150 g of breadcrumbs, then add 1 tsp to them. Italian herbs, as much ground paprika and dried garlic, as well as grated cheese, mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Next, prepare a baking sheet, covering it with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Pour 50 g of flour into a deep plate, roll a small portion of zucchini in it, then transfer the cubes to beaten eggs, and then dip them on all sides in a breading with cheese. So prepare all the zucchini.
- Spread zucchini on parchment, and then bake at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- While preparing zucchini, you can begin to prepare the sauce. To do this, take 100 g of mayonnaise, chop a bunch of dill into it and add ½ tsp. dried garlic, mix.
- Put zucchini with sauce on a plate and serve.

- parsley - 1 bunch
- garlic - 2 cloves
- vinegar 9% - 50 ml
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- salt - 2.5 tbsp. l
- water - 1.5 l
Step cooking
- Cut 1 kg of zucchini into small cubes.
- Pour 1.5 liters of water into a large pot and put on a fire to boil. After boiling, add to the water 2 tbsp. l salt and 50 ml of 9% vinegar, then put the zucchini cook for 3 minutes.
- After the time has passed, throw the squash into a colander and let them drain.
- While the zucchini is boiling, cut 2 sweet peppers into strips and fry it until half cooked in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Peel and grate 400 g of carrots for Korean carrots, then fry in vegetable oil until half-cooked.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add chopped parsley, 2 cloves of garlic, passed through a press, 2 tsp. sugar and salt to taste.
- Stir the salad and serve it to the table.
Chicken cutlets with zucchini

Step cooking
- 1 small zucchini must be grated on a coarse grater, then slightly salted, mixed and left in a bowl for 10 minutes to let the juice drain.
- Cut 700 g of chicken fillet into small pieces, and chop a bunch of dill.
- Squeeze the zucchini from the juice and place in a bowl with fillet and herbs, add 2 eggs, a little salt and ground pepper to the ingredients.
- Mix everything thoroughly, add 2 tbsp. l flour and mix again.
- Spread the minced meat with a spoon on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the patties under the lid until golden brown.
Omelet with vegetables

- butter - 25 g

Step cooking
- 2 small zucchini should be washed thoroughly and cut into half rings.
- Peel 1 bell pepper from seeds and cut into cubes, also chop a bunch of fresh herbs.
- Take a deep baking dish, grease the bottom of it with vegetable oil and put the sliced zucchini into the pan immediately, followed by sweet pepper.
- Next, cook the omelet. Drive 8 eggs into a bowl and add 2 tbsp to them. l flour, 125 ml of kefir, salt, pepper, chopped dill. Stir the eggs thoroughly until the flour dissolves. Prepared vegetables should also be slightly salted.
- Pour zucchini and pepper with omelette.
- Cut 3 small tomatoes into slices and decorate them on top of the omelet. Top with 25 g butter in various places.
- Bake omelet with vegetables in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Zucchini casserole with minced meat

- minced meat - 500 g

- sour cream - 250 ml
- eggs - 4 pcs.

Step cooking
- Peel the peel and seeds of zucchini, you should get 1 kg of peeled vegetable. Dice the zucchini and place them in a deep bowl.
- Next, dice 1 large bell pepper and add it to the zucchini. Grind 1 bunch of parsley with pepper and add it to the vegetables.
- Dice 1 medium onion and fry it in a pan with vegetable oil until translucent.
- Grate 1 carrot on a coarse or medium grater and add to the onion, then fry the vegetables for another 2 minutes.

- Stuffing the minced meat in a bowl with vegetables, salt and pepper to taste, mix.
- Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, then transfer the vegetables with minced meat to it.
- Cut 4 tomatoes into thin slices and lay them on top of minced vegetables.
- Prepare the casserole fill. 4 eggs mix with 250 ml of sour cream, add salt, pepper and mix.
- Pour over the casserole, then sprinkle with 150 g of grated cheese.
- Cover the mold with a lid or foil, bake the dish at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
