Step cooking
Now we will step by step teach you how to cook pancakes with apples and cinnamon according to the recipe with a photo. Follow the instructions and you will succeed.
Proceed:
- In a deep bowl, mix 4 chicken eggs, 2-3 drops of vanilla flavor, 30-35 g of sugar, whisk with a mixer.
- Continuing to beat, pour 240 g of milk into the dough and add 80 g of flour. Beat for a couple of minutes, after which the dough is completely ready.
- Peel three large apples from the peel and seeds, finely chop, mix with 30-35 g of sugar and 2-3 g of cinnamon. If apples are sour, sugar can be put a little more, and if too juicy, you can add a couple of grams of starch.
- Heat a pan with 10-15 g of ghee, and put apples on it. Fry them a little over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, this will allow them to caramelize, giving a pleasant brownish tint.
- Preheat a pancake pan, grease with cottonseed oil, and use a ladle and tilt the pan to roll out the first thin pancake.
- Once the edges become rosy, turn it over, a couple of seconds, and it is ready. Repeat the manipulation until you have finished the dough.
- Put the stuffing on the ready-made pancakes, wrapping them in neat envelopes.
- Then fry the pancakes on both sides in a pan with the remaining 10-15 g of melted butter until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
Ways of decorating and serving
Following the recipe, you can make thin, delicate and rosy pancakes. You need to decorate them right before serving, since warm ones are much tastier and more aromatic. For registration, you can use:
