If everything you need is at hand, you can start cooking fragrant pancakes with cheese, dill and garlic.
Step cooking
These are not quite ordinary pancakes with cheese, garlic and herbs. We will not wrap anything, which will greatly speed up and simplify the cooking process.
Proceed:
- In a deep bowl, mix 150 sifted premium flour, 30-35 g of sugar, 3-4 g of salt. Drive 3 eggs there and mix well with a whisk.
- Pour 170-180 ml of kefir into the dough, mix.
- Add 50-60 g of melted butter and finally knead the dough. By consistency, it should be slightly thicker than kefir.
- Chop a bunch of dill finely, chop 2 cloves of garlic.
- Mash 150 g of feta cheese with a fork. Add cheese, chopped dill and garlic to the dough, mix well.
- Bake pancakes in a well-heated pan greased with vegetable oil. The consistency of the dough will turn out quite thick, for convenience, distribute it on the surface of the pan with the bottom of the ladle. Fry the pancake on each side until golden brown, repeat the manipulation until you have finished the dough.
- Put the remaining butter on the finished pancakes. Enjoy your meal!
Ways of decorating and serving
Due to the frying on both sides and the greens that make up the dough itself, the pancakes will turn out to be very beautiful and fragrant. Serve them by putting on a still hot dish a small piece of butter. You can also decorate the appetizer with neat sprigs of fresh dill or delicate leaves of curly parsley.
