Step cooking
- In a deep large bowl, mix 200 grams of milk and 200 grams of pure hot water.
- Add 1-2 grams of salt, 20 grams of granulated sugar and 2 chicken eggs. Mix well with a whisk.
- Sift through a sieve 280 grams of wheat flour, add in parts to a common bowl and knead the dough with a whisk.
- Add 30 grams of vegetable oil to the dough and mix again.
- We put a non-stick pancake on the stove and wait until it heats up. We do not lubricate it with anything so that our pancakes do not acquire excess fat. Pour the required amount of dough with the ladle onto the crepe maker. Cook 1-2 minutes on each side. We carry out such manipulations with the whole test.
- In a pastry bag we put 250 grams of cream cheese.
- We check for the presence of seeds 180 grams of salmon and take them out with tweezers, if any. Remove the skin from the fish, and cut the flesh into thin strips.
- We spread the pancake on a flat surface, put a strip of salmon on it, and next squeeze a strip of cream cheese from a pastry bag.
- Wrap the pancakes with a roll, and add cream cheese at the edges. We repeat these manipulations with all the pancakes.
- We put all the pancakes on one plate and place in the refrigerator for one hour.
- After the time has passed, cut each pancake into two parts diagonally, put on a beautiful plate, decorate and serve.
Decoration methods and serving options
It is necessary not only to make delicious pancakes with salmon, but also to present them correctly and beautifully. There are many ways to serve such a dish, but most often it is served cold as a snack.
- You can wrap your pancakes not with rolls, but with bags. To do this, simply place the ingredients in the center of the pancake, and gather its edges up and tie up the feathers of green onions.
- Also, pancakes and filling can be stacked in layers, and then you get a wonderful salty cake. Subsequently, it can be cut into small canapes.
- Any other soft cheese can be a great addition and replacement for cream. But slightly salted salmon can be replaced with smoked.
- And if you add finely chopped green onions to the filling, then the dish will acquire an additional interesting aftertaste.
