- The finished dough should resemble liquid sour cream in consistency; if necessary, you can add a little more milk or flour. The dough should stand for a while (15-30 minutes).
- Now you need to heat the pan, pour a little dough, evenly distribute it, fry the pancake on both sides and put on a plate. So cook all the pancakes.
- Before preparing the filling, it is necessary to rinse, peel and grate carrots (0.5-1 pcs.) On a coarse grater, wash, dry and cut the liver.
- Add oil (10 g) to the pan, lay out the liver slices and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- When it cools down a little, the liver must be passed through a meat grinder.
- Add oil (10 g) to the pan, pour the grated carrots, lightly fry it.
- Add minced liver, add pepper, salt to taste, mix and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
- At the end, add butter (20 g) to the filling with carrots and mix well again. Such pancakes can be prepared with chicken liver. If you want a lower-calorie meal, you can reduce the amount of oil or not add it at all.
- Put a small amount of filling on the edge of the pancake and wrap it in the form of an envelope. The dish is ready to serve. You can also fry ready-made pancakes in a pan on both sides, but this is optional.
