Step cooking
Pancakes
- Drive 3 chicken eggs into a deep bowl and pour 3 tbsp. l Sahara. With a whisk, mix the products into a homogeneous mass. After that, add 1 tsp. salt and mix again.
- Pour 850 ml of milk into this container. We bring the mass to a homogeneous state again.
- Add 350 g (14 tbsp) of sifted wheat flour and knead a homogeneous liquid pancake dough with a consistency, like liquid sour cream. At the end we pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- Put the frying pan on medium heat. Lubricate its surface 1 time with a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Pour a portion of dough and distribute it in a pan. Fry the pancake before the edges begin to darken (15-20 seconds). After that, turn over to the other side and fry another 5-10 seconds.
- We put all the pancakes in one pile. If desired, they can be greased with butter. When the pancakes lie, their edges from dry and brittle will become soft.
Filling
- Wash and cut into small cubes 2 chicken fillets and 600 g of fresh champignons (you can take other mushrooms). We peel 1 onion from husks and other inedible parts and cut it into small cubes. 200 g of hard cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater.
- At the bottom of a deep pan, pour 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. When it warms up, put the chopped onion and fry it until golden brown for 4-5 minutes.
- Next, spread the meat and, stirring, cook for 5 minutes with onions. After that, we supplement the picture with mushrooms, salt and ground black pepper (or other spices) and cook everything together for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- We transfer the finished filling from the pan to a deep container and let cool. Add to it 150 g of grated cheese and 2-3 tbsp. l sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.
Connect the components
- Take a pancake and put the filling on it closer to the edge. First we wrap the sides, and then twist the roll (as they do with shawarma). We do this with all the pancakes.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. We spread all the pancakes in 1 layer. Lubricate them with a little sour cream and sprinkle with the remaining hard cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes to make the pancakes brown and get a cheese crust. At the end of baking, we take out pancakes from the oven and serve to the table. Garnish with sour cream or any other sauce.
