Pancake Recipe with Cabbage and Egg

Cooking pancakes
- In a deep bowl, carefully beat 2 eggs, half a teaspoon of salt and 1 tbsp. l granulated sugar.
- Add 4 cups of milk and 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir the indicated ingredients.
- Sift flour through a sieve and knead the dough so that there are no lumps left.
- Fry the pancakes in an open pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Cooking stuffing
- Cut the onion into a small dice, chop 300 grams of cabbage with thin strips. Put the onions in a frying pan and lightly fry until juice is allocated.
- Add cabbage and stew with onions under a closed lid with a little water.
- After 5-7 minutes, add half a teaspoon of salt, red and black pepper to the cabbage.
- Continue stewing the cabbage for another 7 minutes.
- When everything is ready, put the contents of the pan in a bowl. Add the beaten raw egg to the cabbage and mix thoroughly.

- Put a little more than 1 tbsp. l fillings on a pancake and wrap with an envelope, as shown in the video below.
- When all the pancakes are wrapped, it is necessary to fry them on both sides in a hot pan until golden brown.

Step cooking
- Mash one medium banana with a fork until puree.
- Add a pinch of salt to a banana gruel in a deep bowl, one third of the required amount of water (about 100-150 ml) and a couple of tablespoons of wheat flour. Gradually mixing the ingredients with a mixer, add the remaining flour and water.
- The dough should turn out quite liquid. If it thickens, add more water.
- If desired, you can add half a teaspoon of turmeric to give the dough a yellow tint, but this is not necessary. Almost at the end of kneading add 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- Give the dough "rest", and at this time you can do the preparation of the filling. Cut one large onion into cubes, send it to a pan and fry in vegetable oil.
- Chop finely a quarter of a cabbage, grate one carrot, finely chop 300 grams of champignons.
- Put the grated carrots in a pan to the onion, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, mix.
- To the onions and carrots add cabbage, salt, pepper and your favorite spices to taste. We recommend using hops-suneli, paprika and bay leaf.
- Mix all the ingredients and leave to fry, stirring regularly.
- Fry the mushrooms in a second skillet, then add to the cabbage. Our stewed cabbage with mushrooms is ready.
- Lean pastry is insisted, it's time to fry the pancakes.
- Fill each pancake with cabbage and mushrooms, roll into rectangles. It is important to let the pancakes cool so that they do not tear during the filling. Before serving, they can be additionally fried on both sides to give a golden brown.
Do not be lazy and try to cook according to the proposed recipe. The pancakes themselves turned out so tender and soft that they just melt in your mouth. The filling is incredibly tasty, it can even be eaten as a separate, independent dish.
