Bake pancakes
- Preheat the pan with a convenient handle over high heat, grease with a few drops of vegetable oil under the first pancake. Melt 100 g of butter, pour into a cup and place next to the cooking dish.
- Pour a small amount of dough into a frying pan, and distribute with a layer throughout the bottom.
- After a few seconds, turn the pancake over and bake it on the other side.
- Remove each prepared pancake from the pan and carefully lubricate (especially around the edges) with melted butter.
We stuff pancakes
