Kitchen appliances and implements:frying pan, container for dough, container for filling, whisk, silicone brush, cling film, wooden spatula, food pike perch, portioned plates.
Ingredients
Product | amount |
Butter | 20-30 g |
the eggs | 2 pcs. |
water | 120 ml |
condensed milk | 20 g |
flour | 220 g |
sunflower oil | 150 g |
salt | taste |
banana | 1 PC. |
Step cooking
- Beat one egg. Add 120 ml of water, melted butter (1 tbsp.) And 20 g of condensed milk. Beat the resulting mixture with a whisk.
- Sift the flour. Add salt to it. Mix well.
- Make a groove in the flour for the egg mixture. Pour the mixture into flour.
- Stir with a spatula.
- When it becomes difficult to knead, put the dough on the table and knead it with your hands. As a result, you should get an elastic product that does not stick to your hands.
- Grease the dough generously with vegetable oil. Put it in a bowl or food vessel and cover with a film. Leave for an hour at room temperature. Take an empty sudok and also grease it with vegetable oil. Here we will place the dough after portion division.
- Proceed to the formation of portioned balls: divide the dough into equal portions - with a pan diameter of 20 cm, their optimal weight is 30 g.
- Put the balls in a container. Lubricate them generously with vegetable oil using a pastry brush. Cover the sudok with cling film and leave for an hour at room temperature, or put in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
- After the lapse of time, proceed to the formation of cakes: grease your hands and work surface with vegetable oil, take one of the balls and stretch it on the table with your hands (you can use a rolling pin for the same purpose).
- The resulting pancakes should be as thin as possible, almost transparent.
- Making the filling: beat one egg. Add the sliced banana.
- Pancakes need to be fried in a well-preheated and greased pan. Try to straighten the creases that formed after placing the tortillas.
- 30 seconds after the start of frying, put a piece of butter and a little filling in the middle of the pancake.
- Form an envelope.
- Fry on both sides until the envelope turns yellow. In the process, press the edges with a spatula or fork - this will allow the dough to bake well.
- Fried pancake made from banana and eggs, cut into squares. Before starting to bake a new one, wipe the pan with a dry cloth. Repeat this procedure with the remaining balls.
Decoration methods
You can beautifully serve dessert on the table, decorating pancakes with thin strips of pasta and sour cream, or drawing a pattern with cream. Toppings will do well for the same purpose. You can also decorate the dish with chocolate chips, fresh lime leaves, mint and parsley.
It is also possible to arouse appetite (especially in children) by serving pancakes for breakfast, laid out in the form of the face of an animal or a flower.

Thick products are baked on kefir - they are very difficult to put in a small envelope. Most popular of this kind pancakes with caviar, as well as sweet options with boiled condensed milk inside.
