- kefir - 1 ½ cup;
- flour - 1 cup;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- sugar - 1 ½ tablespoons;
- sunflower seed oil - 3-4 tablespoons (or as much melted creamy);
- water - 150 ml;
- salt - pinch;
- soda - ½ teaspoon.
Cooking
- Break the eggs into a rather deep container, and beat them until smooth with sugar and salt.
- Combine with half the kefir.
- Enter the sifted flour, break all the lumps if they are formed.
- Pour in the remnants of the prepared kefir and mix further.
- Boil the water until the flour disperses.
- Pour boiling water, mix as soon as possible, so that the whole mass has time to brew.
- Dilute the oil in it, and send the dough for pancakes on kefir to infuse for a quarter of an hour so that the gluten, which is part of the flour, disperses normally. Stir again.
- Heat the pan, grease it and pour about half a ladle, quickly spreading it over the entire plane of the pan with a thin layer. Usually a single lubrication is sufficient before baking, but if problems suddenly turn over, lubricate as necessary.

- egg - 1 piece;
- salt - one pinch;
- sunflower seed oil - one tablespoon;
- water - half a glass.
Cooking
- Pour warm kefir, egg into a bowl, pour sugar and salt. Shuffle.
- Enter the decoy.
- Add a little flour, also stirring the mass, breaking the lumps.
- Now add half a glass of warm boiled water (not boiling water!).
- Pour in oil, stir.
- Do not touch the dough for a quarter of an hour until the semolina swells.

On milk and kefir

- kefir - ½ liter;
- milk - 200 ml;
- flour - 1 ½ cup;

- soda - 1 teaspoon;
- Refined lean vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons.
Cooking
- To make delicious pancakes with kefir, do not forget the main point - let it settle in the room. If you forgot to put it in heat in advance (in a few hours), warm it up a little on the stove. But do not boil, so it will turn into cottage cheese.
- Add salt and sugar (if you like sweeter desserts, sugar can be poured and more), soda and beat the eggs.
