Step cooking
- Peel, wash and cut into slices a pound of fresh pumpkin. We place the pumpkin in the pan, fill it with water and put on the stove to cook. When the water boils, cook for another 7 minutes and turn it off. We drain the water and make mashed pumpkin using a blender. You can also use a crush, but then you have to spend more time on it.
- Break three chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add 45 grams of granulated sugar and 3 grams of salt. Whisk it well with a whisk.
- Add eggs with sugar to pumpkin puree. Be sure to let it cool, otherwise the eggs may curl when mixed.
- Add parts of 400 grams of milk and mix with a whisk.
- Sift through a sieve 400 grams of wheat flour and add in parts to a common bowl. Stir the dough thoroughly after each serving of flour so that no lumps form. Add 45 grams of vegetable oil to the dough and mix everything again.
- We put a crepe maker or non-stick frying pan on the stove and pour a little vegetable oil. This should be done only before the first pancake, then oil is not needed. Pour a little dough into a heated pan and distribute it over the entire surface. Pancakes are very thin and tender, so you do not need to take a frying pan of a large diameter, otherwise you will not be able to turn the pancakes over without tearing them.
- We fry each pancake for 2-3 minutes on both sides and put it in a slide on a flat dish.
- Ready-made pancakes are served on the table with your favorite addition.

- Serve such pancakes with jam, sour cream, condensed milk, jams and various toppings.
- You can also grease each ready-made pancake with melted butter.
