Ingredients
- Flour - 390 g
- Milk - 1 L
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. l
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
- Butter - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Sift 390 g flour into a deep bowl.
- Next to flour add 3 tbsp. l sugar, 0.5 tsp soda and 0.5 tsp salt. Mix everything.
- In the resulting composition, add 0.5 l of milk and 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Start kneading the dough. You should get a tough dough.
- Turn on the burner and put on a small fire in a saucepan 0.5 l of milk to heat. Bring the milk to a boil, but do not let it boil.
- Add hot milk to the dough and mix it into the general structure. In the final, you will get a little batter.
- To make the dough thinner, pass it through a sieve. If a small precipitate from the dough remains in the sieve, dissolve it with a small amount of boiled water at room temperature.
- Mix the resulting dough and, if necessary, add water to make it more liquid.
- Melt 2 tbsp. l butter and add it to the dough. Mix everything and let the dough stand.
- Preheat the pan and fry the pancakes.
